It's a fun atmosphere (we're proudly known as the "Cheers" of bike shops),  we treat every customer as if they're buying the most expensive bike we sell, our fitting services are unmatched both in knowledge & technology on the west coast, and...we're honest.  Simple.  It's what we are that has brought us to the top, and we intend to continue on the path the we believe makes us the best.

We are not a concept store.  We do not believe in, ummmm, the concept.  Yes, we were offered a lucrative deal to become a concept store when we first opened, but we don't believe a store that is contractually obligated to sell a certain manufacturer's product can have a customer's best interests at heart.  It's not possible.  We're independent, and that isn't going to change.
